No Sourdough loaf is complete without the use of a high quality salt as an important flavor enhancer.
Our salt is imported from Sicily, Italy and is harvested by hand. It is slighty more course than a typical table salt which can give your bread a more interesting texture, especially when sprinkled on top. Each order comes with 15 grams of salt which is enough for about 3 loafs of Sourdough bread.
