Sourdough Starter Pancakes
Looking for something to do with your extra Sourdough Starter? This easy Sourdough Pancakes recipe makes for a tasty and quick breakfast
- 1/6 to 1/8 cup of bubbly Rye’s and Shine Sourdough Starter per pancake
- Green onions
- Cooking oil
- Sesame seeds
- Tzatziki or plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper
DirectionsStep 1: Fry Add 1sp of oil to hot skillet or frying pan at medium high heat. Add Sourdough Starter and fry for 2-3 mins. While frying, sprinkle sesame seeds, salt and pepper on the top side.
Step 2: Flip Flip pancake and fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are crispy and pancake is slightly crunchy
Step 3: Plate Remove from pan and add to plate. Add tzatziki and green onions and enjoy!
